Pésimo servicio a domicilio. Horas esperando y marcó y me dicen que no saben si va a llegar… MEJOR NO OFREZCAN UN SERVICIO QUE NO PUEDEN HACER!!!

Llegué en domingo a las 9:50 y el señor que me atendió dijo que ya había hecho su corte, cuando en internet y en la puerta de la farmacia tiene que el horario de domingo es hasta las 10:30 pm

The doctor was very nice and thorough. However, I required an antibiotic shot. He insisted I give myself the shot at home. I shared my anxiety with my shaky hands and he said he would not do it. It made no sense?
This doctor cost $40 peso. Next door pharmacy was free.

They elevate the prices and have a terrible attitude. The staff prefers to speak with each other than be helpful.

I’m travelling in Mexico and I came down with a bad stomach from something I’d eaten. I went to the pharmacy in search of antibiotics (after speaking to a doctor back home) and I was told I’d have to see a doctor to get a prescription. I was then surprised to hear it was only 60 pesos ($3 usd) to see the doctor and I could see him straight away. He examined me and gave me the necessary medicines (700 mxn, not even $35 usd). Absolutely thrilled with the service and professionalism of the doctor and pharmacy staff and would recommend to all travellers in Mexico City.

The staff is rude. They literally all followed me and surrounded me around the store as I tried to get some soap and hair gel. I’m not sure if they thought I was going to steal something. Nonetheless, It was an incredibly uncomfortable experience.
