I had to go here to get my rapid Covid test to return to the US. The staff was extremely nice and fast. My French isn’t the best, but they spoke slowly and were very helpful.

Very good pharmacy. Senior pharmacist Madamme Fariba Shams is very helpful and can advice on many questions. They also do vaccinations and tests. And deliver medicine if you order by phone or internet. Always good service.

A very very bad service. People are so rude. And the excuse it is because the pandemic is already worn out.
They have no education and they are not polite with the people who keep them open.
Don't use this pharmacie, they are so so bad.
Your answer just make me laugh. What you have answerd is completlly out of context. Thank God you don't work at the hospital like me. Have a wonderfull day.

Always a good service whether it’s to sort out medicines with a foreign prescription during Covid lockdown, vaccinations, COVID tests on a Saturday... we feel very lucky to have this pharmacy in our neighbourhood!

The pharmacist figured out the active ingredients of an outdated prescription, found replacement medication in France and ordered it to Lausanne, CH. As I by chance was not able to pick up the shipment personally, they packed and sent it to me via post. Best service in a pharmacy I've had in lifetime.
