The only awful thing in Swiss: the pharmacy! You exit an ER on Sunday with prescription and you fall down in a hell limbo hunting for the guard pharmacy,which practically do not exist, you meet a new world of desperate swiss people hunting the same as you...In addition, this shop do not update their google maps opening time so that it results open, you drive down and uphill for 45 minutes just to discover in the reality it is closed... This is the first time ever in the world I have such experience..and I'm aged.. I will step in your shop just in case I'm desperate and you are the only one open which allegedly is very unlikely

The pharmacist I visited yesterday was really nice! I booked a Covid test through one doc and she was really helpful!

I had covid symptoms and booked here an appointment for the pcr test via onedoc, where it was written clearly that the procedure costs 135 chf for people not insured in Switzerland. When I arrived (took me 40 min from where I stay) the staff told me it’s actually 160 chf, which is a price I wasn’t prepared for. I told them that’s not what they advertise, but they said that it is what it is (!). I don’t give 1 star just because a pharmacist here told me that the testing is actually processed by another place in Verbier and that information helped me a lot. I walked there, and they actually made the test for free (so it seems that de la croix de coeur would earn 160 chf on my test? I’m so glad they didn’t fleece me!)

AVOID THIS PLACE! The place is old and musty, and the people are rude and arrogant. There is a reason they have the lowest rating in town. You are better off going to Amavita or Pharmacie Internationale.
