Je m'y suis rendu hier et j'ai demandé conseil à une personne à la caisse qui a été désobligeante, j'ai ainsi payé en pièces on dirait que cela la dérangeais de conseiller et d'encaisser si c'est le cas ne travaillée pas. Je suis étonné pourtant une cliente fidèle je pense qu'il y'a eu un changement de personnel récent, je n'y retournerais pas.

S'Il fait une Vilaine METEO dehors, allez donc passer quelques heures au Centre COMMERCIAL LECLERC DE DRUMETTAZ ....!!!! Vous y trouverez les réponses à vos ENVIES de ???? et la chaleur ???? des ambiances de NOËL ???? avec, en prime, son Personnel souriant et compétent..

Personnel très gentil sur un conseil pour ma grand-mère hier ! La jeune caissière est très accueillante et souriante même si on voit qu'elle est nouvelle dans ce domaine mais très chaleureuse et souriante nous reviendrons pour des conseils !

I bought €272.00 worth of products and I placed them all in on the counter. The cashier put them all through the till and then I paid for them. While the cashier was bagging the products I had just paid for, I took a few that I needed that evening and tried to put them in my coat pocket. I realised they wouldn’t all fit into my pocket so I asked the cashier for the bag she was holding in her hand. Instead of handing it over, the cashier accused me of not paying for the products! I told her I’d just finished paying in French and English and that she was the one who rang them through the till her but she told me she didn’t understand English, nor evidently French so she called her colleague over. I explained again to her colleague that I’d just paid for all the items and that I wanted a bag for certain items. The cashier then said why would I be putting items in my pocket if I had paid for them? I couldn’t believe she was trying to justify her terrible, utterly faulty service. I didn’t explain why I was pocketing the items because it was none of her business especially seeing as she could easily verify whether the items were paid for by looking at the receipt that had just been printed. I asked for my receipt a few times because she was too busy accusing me to focus on doing her job. When the cashier finally looked at it, she saw that I had paid for the items she had just put through the till. There were no apologies from the cashier nor her colleague and it was very apparent that neither of them knew what they were doing. I asked for samples from the colleague and I receive 3 tiny items despite drawer full of products and spending nearly €300 in the shop. Such appalling service from incompetent staff.

J’avais besoin d’un renseignement, j’ai demandé à une dame blonde (désolé je ne sais pas comment la désigner) Et la, surprise, je suis tombé sur cette personne d’un professionnalisme impressionnant, des conseils et une connaissance parfaite des produits, de leurs bienfaits et effets secondaires. Bravo à elle, j’espère que son salaire est à la hauteur de ses compétences, et en prime le sourire. Merci.
