I have been dealing with them for over a year. I need my meds for my heart. If I could give them a negative 5 I would. Always have an excuse but they always take my money on time. They blame my insurance and it’s a lie.

There is no way to use this pharmacy and not go days without taking your prescription. So if your health depends on that you should choose somewhere else. They won't let you fill it early enough for it to arrive before you run out. Which means it takes forever to arrive.

This is a truly awful pharmacy that is terribly managed and unfortunately Beaumont employees are forced to use it. It takes over a week to process prescriptions and refills and several more days there after for it to be delivered. I once had to request a refill over 5 times in a 3-4 week period before it was ever processed and I missed 10 days of a maintenance medication because of this. It’s ridiculous refills are not done automatically like at other pharmacies. This place is an embarrassment.

The whole way this is run is terrible. It takes almost a week just for them to process a request, then several days to ship. NO other mail order pharmacy service takes over a week, it's ridiculous. I've had so many meds come late even when trying to order ahead. Try to order too far ahead and they literally won't let you. Lose lose situation every time, worst pharmacy experiences ever. If I could give no stars I would.

I don’t understand why “maintenance” medications are not on automatic refill. Beaumont makes it so that if you are prescribed an medication that you have to take daily like an birth control pill or seizure medication you HAVE to order it through the home order service and you are not able to pick it up at the pharmacy in the hospital. Yet you still have to call every month to have the prescription refilled and wait for days to receive. Beaumont Pharmacy Solutions should really have some sort of process as to where the everyday taking medications are automatically refilled and being processed for delivery when the 30day period is almost up.
