Client depuis de nombreuses années chez Sun Store, je n’y retournerai plus à cause d’une désagréable expérience que semble-t-il la responsable de la pharmacie m’a fait subir. Le problème a été réglé en quelques minutes à la pharmacieplus du flon.

I would like to deeply thanks to Dufour Elisabeth and Murielle Catherine Berthe Zahnd – responsible person at Pharmacie Sun Store Lausanne Grand Pont for made me upset and felt like I am nothing. It was discriminative, made me misinformed. I believe that people shoudn’t serve at pharmacy. The story is : I came 2 days ago to ask vaccine for gripe with a recipe from a doctor. First, a lady at the desk told that they do only in pharmacy, no take away, than that only do for people 65+. I felt miss informed, continue asking questions. So suddenly appeared that they have document in French explain under what risks are people to whom they can do vaccines. I asked her to give me a copy to translate at home or take a photo to do not bother her with translation. She refused and propose to me that she will translate. Ok. (Later in other pharmacy they printed out without a problem). She started translate to me. After 2 sentences she told exactly “Our pharmacist does not like when people speak English”?What? ?She continued – yes, “you know in Switzerland we speak French, not English”. ??And I asked her if she understand what she is saying. She was – yes. Than she smiled to her collegues walked around, oh than I tried to explain her that it is not polite, she interrupted me twice! Just like this and in 30 sec she disappeared from a desk in the middle of conversation she run away to her boss, explaining something in French, after her boss with perfect English came to me and start saying enough. She did not ask what is problem and so on. She did not put any attention on A CLIENT! So, I went out, I was down. Decided to come back and explain to the responsible person – I was surprised what it was exactly the same lady telling me enough. ??So once she saw me - she started speaking French without stopping , and she interrupted me all the time showing her knowledge, I continue saying that I don’t understand and that 2 min ago she talked to me in English. Oh yes, she switched to English – “I am here tomorrow doing vaccines”. Than continue talking to me in French. I am really very sad. I assume according to the Google reviews - it is your strategy to behave with a clients like this, SUN Store?
